By accessing or using Vetuco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
If you use Vetuco on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for activities occurring under your account.
You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when changes occur.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal
Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on applicable law.
For Paddle-hosted checkout flows, Paddle may process payment, invoicing, taxes, and refund operations under Paddle terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws.
- No unauthorized access attempts or reverse engineering where prohibited.
- No upload of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- No use that materially degrades service performance for others.
5. Intellectual Property
Vetuco and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, and related content, except for customer data that you own or control.
You grant Vetuco a limited license to process customer data solely to provide and maintain the service.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Vetuco is not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the service will be error-free in all circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetuco and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Aggregate liability for claims related to paid services is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant service period, unless law requires otherwise.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal compliance reasons.
Upon termination, rights to use the service end, subject to contractual data export or retention obligations.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent people's court with jurisdiction in Fengtai District, Beijing, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
